Is it normal to have anxiety, shaking of the hands & rapid heart beat while taking Methylphenidate 5mg?
These are the side effects a lot of people have with it. I also took .5 mg of Ritalin, and had the same symptoms.
If this is realy bothering you speak to your doctor about something else.
