Is heart disease more common than ever?if so or if not i need graphs supporting this for my project

Actually it was just reported that cancer will surpass heart disease as a cause of death around the world by 2010.

heart disease and stroke are the number one and number three causes of death in the us. true-cancer is expected to surpass heart disease, not because heart disease is becoming less common, but because cancer is becoming more and more common.
