High heart rate with everyday activities?

High heart rate with everyday activities? For my age, my target heart rate is supposed to be 101-121bmp.
My heart rate will get up in the 160s if I run through a room.
I went up some stairs and it was at 163, my chest felt like it was going to cave in, and my head was throbbing and I could basically see my heart beat through my eyes.
I really don't have to do too much and it's already up that high.
I'm a 19 year old college student. I eat like an 19 year old. I don't drink much caffeine, though.
I have a daughter, and a full-time job, so I am constantly on the move.
I usually go to bed around 9:30PM and get up the next morning around 6AM.
I am constantly tired. I feel as if I hadn't slept the night before.
I am currently taking Super B Complex to help with my energy level, but no change so far.

Family History --
My maternal grandmother also has diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and carpal tunnel.
My maternal grandfather has arthritis, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

My boyfriend wants me to get a stress test done to make sure I don't have heart disease or something else that's serious.
