does keeping/holding a grudge against someone leaves u a serious disease like heart cancer and worse?coz my mom told me that u may have heart cancer if you always hold a grudge, esp if you're a sensitive person (like me! :P)

No, that's an old wives tale. It drives me crazy when I hear people saying that cancer victims caused their own cancer. On the other hand, stress can cause or make worse a number of diseases and conditions--the mind and body operate very closely--so people should always have outlets for stress, whether it's exercise, hanging out with friends, laughter, just basically pursuing happiness. Taking care of yourself through proper nutrition, exercise, no smoking, moderate drinking and regular checkups will also keep you healthy.
